I was wondering if there is any way to get help after the 180 days?
I made a payment for a item and they have lead me on for some time now, and I fear that as it is well after the 180 days I've been played as a fool and I'll be powerless to get my money back.
As I said, I've not had the item delivered, they claim to be working on it, yet, once I complained and said I'd like a refund they locked my contact with them for "pending a chargeback complaint" and now it's like no one is listening.
Is there anything I can do? Even contacting a solicitors? I've hunted the paypal help for a answer but can't seem to find one.

After 180 days not via paypal BUT if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they can chargeback for you.
Failing that if the company is a registered business then you can resort to the small claims court.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
