So my papal account was logged into by someone else, and sent a payment through 'Friends and family' I managed to reverse this transaction 20 days ago and the money is still not available in my account even though it says it was refunded? My main debit card is linked to my paypal account so i have to check my ebanking to see if its came through everyday but no. This is frustrating me a lot as i'm a student and i need to get stuff for school again but i don't have the money now obviously. What the problem here? Am i missing something that is holding this refund back?
