Hi, i just got a notification saying that I am getting a refund but it's going straight to my credit card, how can I change it so it can go to my PayPal balance?
You can't, if you funded the original payment to the seller via paypal with a card as your funding source then the refund will automatically go back to that card.
The only time it would bounce back to your balance if is that card had been closed after you paid for the item and was no longer in use.
