Hi, I have been issued 3 refunds from 2 different sellers, 2 on 27th one on 29th,these are all marked as completed, I paid for these items using my bank, not sure whether payment was taken directly from my card or my account. When will I recieve these refunds please?
Unfortunately no one has access to account details so we really can't answer your question. You would need to contact customer support direct with your concerns.
If you paid using a credit card, the funds will be credited back to that card. It can take up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear on your card statement.
If you paid using your bank account or PayPal Account balance, it can take 1 to 4 days to see the funds as they are credited back to your PayPal Account Balance.
