I bought a Dell Cable for my computer from a company in china for £13.95 when it arrived it didn't work I emailed the company and they ignored me so I contacted paypal who have suggested that I send it back to China with tracking.....this is going to cost £15.00 which is more than the cable cost in the first place, I feel like I have been scammed.
The only way to get a refund is to return it with proof of delviery back to the seller and that seller knows this hence they get away without refunding.
Have you contacted them re a refund? Tell them that if you don't get a refund you will have to leave appropriate feedback to warn other users.
