Hi, I have received refund yesterday for my debits card, but I haven’t this card and bank account anymore. When I find my refund because I have not received on ma PayPal account.

Refunds automatically go back to the card used to pay if that was how you funded that paypal payment.

If you no longer have the card then you would need to contact the card issuer and see if they can recover the payment for you.
