I was refunded £160 from Argos for a defective satnav. It has been 2 weeks and it is not even shown as pending. WHERE IS MY MONEY!

I DON'T KNOW............. unless you give some information.

 

Did you get a paypal email to say the refund was made?

Is the refund showing in your paypal transaction history just not in your balance?

How did you FUND the paypal payment to the seller in the first place bank account or a debit / credit card?

Is there a currency issue?

I have had NOTHING from PayPal and it shows nothing in transactions apart from the original sale. My debit card is registered with the money coming from my bank account. There is no currency issue. Also Argos said that it had gone through from their end
