Refund

hi all,

i bought an an item which I retuned because not as described, refund returned but pending ( takes over a week to return to payment card). The seller has agreed to refund the total paid. How much should be returned? Should any % be withheld by either the seller or Paypal and if so what and how much.

U should receive the cost of the item and p&p nothing will be deducted if they refund by the original transaction

Thanks minty. If the seller or Paypal does withhold how can I get the difference taken back

The refund should show u how much is being refunded click on it

Ppal has nothing to do with the refund its the seller
