Refund

Hi i have receive an email saying a refund is complete however this is not in paypal balance or my bank ..when i looked into further it says i might have to accept it ...says go to activity then find the History button i have looked everywhere for this button ..does anyone know how to find it .

How did you FUND the Paypal payment to the seller that was refunded? Bank transfer OR a debit or credit card?

Was it an actual REFUND within 180 days OR did the seller 'send' you a payment?

Hi ..i paid via paypal which is debited from my bank it was an item i bought on ebay and was refunded by the seller .
