Refund pending question on paypal debit mc transactions

I did not request any refunds nor am I expecting any refunds, however all my papal debit mastercard purchase transactions are showing "refund pending" . This just came up on my account today. What does this mean? is there a glitch? Thanks!

My account has four refunds pending from my mastercard. Must be a glitch. I did not request any or expecting any.

We are aware that PayPal debit card transactions are showing a status of refund pending rather than showing completed. We are actively working to resolve the issue.
