Hello,
I ordered 2 weeks ago an item from a website and payed with my Credit Card (NOT with PayPal). The order was cancelled for an unknown reason (it is not my wish) and the company said that Paypal will refunded my money to my PayPal account. I've checked my paypal account and there is no info on this refund in my transaction history. The seller gave me a Refund Unique Transaction ID but I'm not sure what to do with it. Please help me with this issue because I don't know what to do and why isn't refund showing up on my account.
