Refund not showing in paypal balance.

Hi, I have a refund showing in my paypal activity statement which was an expected refund, however the balance in my paypal account remains at £0.00. I have made no further transactions since this activity and my paypal payments are made via bank transfer. The date of the completed refund is 27th February, today now being 3rd March. Thanks for any advice.

If you have not bought anything or been in negative balance since the refund went in AND you paid via your bank account and not a debit card then contact customer services.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
