I made a purchase on eBay but after I paid the seller cancelled my order saying it was sold somewhere else. My PayPal says it was refunded to my PayPal balance two days ago but nothing is showing up. I have purchased other items since but the full amount has been taken from my bank account . I have disputed the cancelled order, could this be why I haven't had my refund?Thank you for any help.
