Hi, I had some problems when paying for an item through eBay/PayPal and subsequently ended up paying 3 times for a camera.
I requested refunds on two of the transactions, but see that payment has gone out of my bank account 3 times. My Paypal account is telling me that two refunds are pending, and I wondered if anyone could tell me how long refunds normally take.
I tried telephone customer’s services and unfortunately, it was the customary AI fiend on the other end – which could not help me. All that I could ascertain was the automated AI was having issues clarifying the refund status. . Brilliant!
Does anybody know how I can talk to a human being, or at least a proper email addresswould be nice.
