Refund help after 45 days

I pre-ordered something from someone on payapal, which was well before 45 days ago. I gave them $35 and nothing turned up, it was meant to arrive sometime during november. 

I wasn't expecting it within 45 days, is there anything I can do? The seller is just ignoring me. I'm not sure what to do, she has also done this to a fair few other people.

Never let it go passed the 45 days before raising a dispute.

That still gives you another 20 days before you need to escalate the claim and then another 10 days before you are refunded, even then after that if it turns up you can re-pay the seller.

All you can do now is if you funded your paypal payment with a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.

Also if they are a UK business seek advice from trading standards.

As it was a preorder she needed my money to actually buy it, and as I have done transactions with this person in the past which were fine I didn;t think twice when buying. It was stupid of me and I regret it I was just hoping paypal could sort something out. 

I understand that it is my fault and I'm very grateful for your reply, I shall go to my local bank branch and see if they can help me sort this out.
