I purchased a eyeshadow palette that had been listed on eBay. The seller asked me to send the funds via PayPal instead which I agreed to. After I received the item I opened & swatches noticing the swatches didn’t match or appear in anyway similar what I had seen on the brands website & other people’s photos. The packaging wasn’t made well, certain features where not the same, which I wouldn’t have been able to ell until I received it here (the writing was raised on the packaging on the real palette but the one I had wasn’t). I initially contacted the seller on eBay asking if it actually was genuine but got no reply, so I opened a case on PayPal. She responded to my case that she believed it to be genuine & would only offer me a refund of £10 (it cost me £44.40). I declined the offer as I wanted a full refund & to send the palette back. I asked if she could confirm that she would process the refund but I’ve had no response from her since last Friday. Is it time for me to escalate the case?

You can escalate whenever you want to as long as its 7 days after paying and before 20 days are up from opening it.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
