Refund - complete but not showing on balance

Hi all

Hoping someone can help?

I received a refund via ebay after opening a dispute. I can see on my paypal that it is complete when I click on "Money In" but on my balance it says zero??

I had an email from paypal confirming that it has been refunded but checked both paypal and bank and its not in there? Paypal are impossible to get hold off unless you call so anyhelp would be great?

How did you FUND the original payment from your bank account, bank transfer or debit card??

How did you FUND the paypal payment FROM your bank account.

1. Bank transfer OR

2. Debit card.
