Refund as a guest

Hello, I made a payment with a credit card via Paypal, on Ebay.uk, but this as a guest. How can I ask for a refund? Thank you.

Have you asked the seller or tried to resolve things with them first?

You can get their tel number via advanced search top of ebay pages > contact member left column > fill in the details and ebay will send an email with their tel number on.

If that all fails then you can file a dispute via ebays resolution service in your my ebay > account tab > resolution centre.

Or contact ebay customer services via customer support and they will assist you.

If you want to file with paypal then you need to contact customer services via contact us bottom of paypal pages > email or phone and ask them to open the dispute for you.

Yes I have contacted the buyer but I haven't got a reply yet, I'll wait a few more days and then I'll try what you advised, thank you.
