Refund - Tempory Hold

I received a refund & a payment & both have dissapeared & with the refund it says Temporary Hold - what does this mean???

And Where is my mney?????

I've never had this before!!!

I HAVE HAD A PAYPAL PAYMENT PUT ON TEMPORARY HOLD

AND THE MONEY HAS DISAPPEARED AFTER THE SELLER PUT RECIEVED MONEY

THEN PAYMENT HAS BEEN TOOK OUT OF BANK SO WHERE IS THE MONEY

AND SELLER SAYS SHE HASNT HAD PAYMENT

If your bank account was selected as the payment method a ‘Temporary Hold’ is ‘Placed’ on these funds while your bank is processing the request.

We pay your seller on your behalf and wait for the funds to clear from your bank account, this takes 5 to 7 working days. The payment will be refunded when the transaction status changes from ‘Placed’ to ‘Completed.’

i have recevied a refund from a ebay seller for faulty goods the refund is showing in my paypal but showing as tempory hold why is this

i have never had this before

i have just had a look again and it say that i have sent moneys to paypal from paypal ?

i payed for an item and the payment was taken from my bank

the seller refunded me the payment

it shows as payment completed

then says its been put on hold

then under that it says that you have sent xyz amount GBP to paypal with paypal

WHAT IS THIS

PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME AN ANSWER
