I have recently bought two flight tickets from British Airways.
On my first try I got an error message from British Airways and transaction was cancelled. In the second one I could finally buy the tickets.
The problem is PayPal charge me in both transfers. I haven't got the refunding of the first one (The one that I got the error message from BA) and the status still pending.
Can you please tell me how can we figure this out?
If you pay a company rather than an ebay seller or individual then it is always pending until that company process your order and capture your pending payment.
If for whatever reason they do not process that order or it is cancelled then if they don't capture the payment by day 30 then it is returned back to you.
