Refund Completed, money does not show in PayPal Credit Balance or PayPal Balance?

Hi, I've bought an item for £250 with PayPal Credit account.

Seller refunded £250, refund completed, but money does not show in PayPal Credit Balance or even PayPal Balance.

There is -£250 on PayPal Credit. Why?

No idea, i don't use credit, suggest you contact customer services directly.

All sorted in 2 business days by itself. Money back in Credit account.
