Hi. I'm trying to purchase some tickets for a convention next year via someone on Facebook. I got scammed once buying rugby tickets years ago so I don't want to make the same mistake. What if I send the payment via pay pal and it turns out it's a scam and they don't send the tickets, can I get my money back? It would be about £300 hence why I don't want to lose it.

As long as you use the pay for goods and services option you will be covered by Paypals buyer protection, do not send via friends and family as you will not be covered
