I was given a refund in my Paypal account by William Hill for £35 in December and i'm not sure why. I've since tried to withdraw further money that I have in my William Hill account and they wont allow the transaction until I supply them with a 'Proof of settlement' from Paypal. I have no idea what this is and I can't seem to get any joy in messaging Paypal about this.
Hey mate Im having exactly the same problem. Paypal said theyve never heard of a proof of settlement but william hill insisted i needed it. Did you get it solved in the end?
