My account has been limited in order to ask for photo ID and proof of address. I have sent ID but the documents are submitted for review. I can't send pictures of a utility bill or driver's license as I dont have the latter and don't pay for the former. I'd like to just cancel my account and get my money back but the limitations won't allow that.
