Postage on Us refund help

I have completed the request for postage refund but didn't get a confirmation email.

I have had my dispute resolved but am still waiting for postage to be refunded.

As there was no confirmation, I tried again and again no confirmation email.

 

How do I procede with this claim?

How can I check if the claim has been accepted if I'm not getting a confirmation email.

 

The dispute that required postage to be paid has been resolved as proof of return was in my favour.

I got a message saying that I would get a confirmation email after submitting my request for postage refund.

 

I cant see anywhere on the system that shows I have made the claim

So far still no confirmation email from submitting postage refund request.

 

No reply from cspaypalreturns_uk@telusinternational.com.

 

What am I supposed to do now? I have waited 10 days now and it has now passed the 28 day limit due to the return taking 18 days!

 

A great service offering to refund postage for returns but Im still out of pocket even though the company acknowledged that they had sent wrong one.

 

So be warned that Paypal clearly dont offer refunds on postage.

 

See below.....a lesson learned.........if no response call customer service and speak to someone

Good News!

 

Called Customer service on 0800 358 7911 and once you have got past the automated system and speak to a real person they have managed to refund my postage.

 

Still no idea why I have not had confirmation emails or a reply from Paypal but happy that it is all resolved.
