Police/government auctions

Hi,

Have just paid £3.99 using my paypal account to 'apparently' thousands of police/government auctions !!!! ??? Money was paid to xxxxxxx ..... probably my error, am not a computer genius .... however could not gain access to these supposed auctions .... help please.  I require a) a refund or b) access to these auctions .... and just exactly wo is xxxxxxx. Rang Paypal immediately - their offices are closed. 

Anyone have any advice please .... am beginning to feel I should have my own desk in Trading Standards !!!!!!!

You can try to open a dispute requesting a refund however, PayPal may reject it as a category that is "not" covered for buyer protection.

Well I have just paid £3.99 via PayPal to gain entry into police auctions and have nothing To show for it. The payment seems to have gone to a Luke Holloway who lives in a flat in Surrey. I want my money back.......
