This is how it started my daughter wanted star doll and girl game £5 per month , I payed threw PayPal its been going out my bank for the last 12 months I've canceled it months ago but jusnoticed there still taking money.

weve been on the star doll website canceled membership so how can they still be taking money.

please help. Me somebody

im sure your bank can cancel this payment from paypal going out, have u got the bank to cancel it

Nicnic5, it sounds to me that this has been set up on your account as a recurring or subscription service. 

Here's how to cancel a subscription through your PayPal account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
3. Select 'My selling preferences' on the left side of the page.
4. In the 'Getting paid and managing risk' section, click 'Update' beside 'My automatic payments'.
