Pending refund

I recently got refunded from a European seller off Ebay in Euros,it keeps showing pending on my balance.Can anyone help as I cannot contact a real voice on Ebay.Many thanks.

If its a ''refund'' then it would be in the same currency as it was sent.

However if its a sent payment to your paypal account in euros is your UK paypal account set up to accept euros?

Also if it was not a refund was it after 180 days?

Thanks for getting back,I'm not sure if it is set up for Euros.The seller cancelled item and refunded me straight away,that was this morning,when I have had a refund  before the money goes straight to the account.

Did you get an email to say you had been refunded?

Does the refund show in your paypal account transaction history?

Yes I got Email and yes it shows on my account.

ok have edited as just read you said it was pending in your balance.

If its pending then it just means the seller has refunded you via their bank account and you have to wait until it clears through to you and then it will be credited to your balance.
