Just booked some flights with southwest airlines and i payed via paypal.
I got no confirmation from Southwest airlines saying the payment had gone through, but my Paypal account has a
'pending payment' with a transaction payment ID...
I have since been on with Southwest airlines and they have no record off me booking any flights, They advised me to cancel the paypal payment, How do i cancel a pending payment.. Cheers Phil
Often when you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is always pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
You can contact your funding source and ask them to release the pending payment as it now won't be needed.
