Pending paypal order wont expire

I ordered an item but i never got it, i didnt lose the money and the order was always pending. i wanted until the expiry time and now the order has passed the expiry time by 6hrs and it hasnt expired yet. i dont want to re-order until it cancels/expires.

If the order has not yet been voided then you should contact the merchant and request they void it for you and release the hold.

They said that they have cancelled the order, but it is still pending. Is there a way that i can remove my card from my paypal account even if it still pending? and what if it never stops pending?

I am currently dealing with a duplicate transaction that is pending....  It is very obvious it went thru twice and merchant only completed one, voiced the other... However it's not voiding?? And the funds are frozen.

How long for the expiry date?  Is there anything anyone can do?!?  This was done on my paypal debit card??
