Pending Balance

Hi, I have sent many items by recorded delivery and I have entered them both on ebay and paypal page. The items have been delivered by post but the money on paypal account are still pending. I need to issue a refund to one of my customers but I cannot do this because the balance is still pedning. What should I do? How long should I wait for the money to be released if I have provided them with the tracking number? Thanks.

If you are a new seller you should contact paypal with your tracking information and also you need to ask them to release funds so you can refund your buyer

It depends if you are a new seller read up on new sellers hold( usually  21 days) but if you call them and provide them with the info you might get a quicker release

Hi ann, tracking has to show the item as delivered + 3 days.
