PayPal Dispute - Seller is not responding and time is up!

''The seller has been asked to respond by 6 Nov 2017. Once we receive the information, we'll continue our review of this case.''
As you can see, today is 7th November and seller did not reply to me. What is going to happen now? I don't know what to do now because there are no other options in the resolution center. I really appreciate some advice. Thank you.

If the seller has not responded by the timeline, the case will be reviewed by the relevant team within 24/72 hours. Once the review is completed, you will be emailed the outcome of the investigation.
