Hi, I recently bought an item. The seller made a mistake in the email address he gave me, and I sent the money before he realised. Once he noticed, I sent money to the right account and cancelled the first payment. My problem is, my refund went to my PayPal balance, which I then spent making the second payment, but a couple of days ago PayPal seems to have issued two refunds of £10 to my bank account, then cancelled them as my account shows PayPal sent money then immediately took it back. There has been no change to my money in my bank account but now I'm left with a negative PayPal balance because of this. Regards, Liam
