My stream donator chargebacked his money

Hi, a while ago my stream donator chargebacked his 40Euros and now I have -72 negative balance, what should I do if its not my fault, and how much time do i have to resolve that negative balance? Sorry for bad english.

A chargeback is done via a buyers credit card company and not paypal and the c.c. company make the decisions.

Normally if you had paypal seller protection paypal would reimburse you BUT there is no seller protection for virtual / digital items.

You can sell them but at your own risk.

Only paypal knows how long you have to pay it back.
