I sent some money in USD ( Im in the UK ) which was refunded , It has been 10 days now and it is still on "hold" , I need to make another purchase in USD.
Will the refund come back to my account as USD or the same amount in Pounds that i sent ?
I am looking for the answer to the same question. It seems that even though paypal is no longer owned by ebay (unles I have heard wrong) it still uses the same business practice of overcharging for anything and everything that moves...
