Okay so my son has payed about £150 For a 1 year subscription Minecraft server,
However he tells me that after it running for 2 months or so its since been offline, along with the website, they've both been down for a month or so, can i get a refund from the company via paypal since they're not responding to either of there support email adresses for about 5 says, the site said 24/7 uptime etc.
1. You only have 45 days to file a dispute with paypal. 2. Paypal only covers you with buyer protection for items sent in the post and not virtual / digital items.
