Hello there, Has anyone ordered goods from this company before, LightInthebox? They say you can return goods but and give detailed step-by-step guide as to how to complete a returns form but each time and whichever way I try the system takes me to a page saying "continue shopping"! Has anyone ever shopped with this company and successfully returned unwanted goods??? There's contact number or email address at all!!! Please help - I want to return shoes that didn't fit!!
