Late paypal payment

Hi,

While in Spain last week I purchased some tickets online for a park. My account said transaction complete but the Park was adamant that no payment had been received saying that it was a problem with paypal and not them. I ended up paying on the gate even though they showed me my online order it said not completed.

Two days later I received an email from the park saying they had now received payment. I have asked for a refund but have not had a response.

All help appreciated

My advice would be to open a dispute as this is how we would go about getting your money back. You can find details on it here
