Item not arriving/troubles with making a case

Hello,

long story short, I bought an item off ebay which was paid for via paypal guest account, i have tried to resolve issue with the seller and i havnt seen the item which should've arrived nearly 3 weeks ago.

Now i would like to start a case but i cant start one as i made a purchase via the guest account which doesnt record a history of what you have bought and i was never aware of this or that it needed to be recorded to have a transaction ID to use in a case.

any ideas of where i can go from here? (I purchased the item just over a month ago)

You can still file a dispute but you need to contact customer services and they will open one for  you.

Contact us bottom of paypal pages > use the call us option on the left..

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.

You have 45 days to open an item not received dispute but as you paid as a guest you will have to contact paypal directly(calling them will  probably be quicker )and ask them to open a case for you
