In Dispute and buyer sells on goods without paying

Here is a something for paypal to think about.

I sold an item for £500. Buyer collects. Insists on paying with paypal. Buyer then cancels payment on trumped up reason. Buyer refuses to facilitate a collection and full refund. Paypal open a dispute. Buyer advertises item on ebay (no faults described) for a larger sum. Buyer still has NOT paid me. So Paypal have allowed a conman to take goods off me, withheld payment for those goods at the conman's bequest and allow him to sell it on during the dispute for 4 times what he should have paid me.

Good luck to him if he had paid me but this is not right and can not be legal.

Paypal do something to stop this.

It gets better! Buyer puts  the item up for sale on ebay and states the condition is very good (so much for his bogus claim) and wants 4 times more than what he should have paid me! It is all happenning during a "paypal dispute". So he has my goods and is trying to sell them on ebay whilst he is claiming there was a problem with "damage" so paypal hold the money he should have paid me and he demands I drop my price by £100. BUT he refuses to return the goods and accept a full refund....why should he, he is currently trying to sell it on ebay....I would have thought he is selling stolen goods? If paypal or ebay are interested......

Anyone reading this be warned! Paypal can be used to defraud you!
