Somebody opened a chargeback on me for inconvience thing. I want to full refund, but it says "Your refund must not exceed your available balance. If you have funds in another currency balance, you may want to consider transferring funds from other currency balances."
If you have a case on a payment the money you received would be on hold which would prevent you from issuing a refund in the normal way. You will still be able to refund your buyer though you just need to do it by responding to the case. This is how you do that http://ow.ly/HRHfj .
