ONCE AGAIN RIPPED OFF BY PAYPAL!
THE BUYER CAN OPEN A CASE IMMEDIATELY AFTER BUYING AN ITEM
AND NOW THE BUYER CAN GET A FULL REFUND WITHOUT EVEN RETURNING THE ITEM
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED IN MY LAST DISPUTE CASE, I COULD NOT BELEIVE IT!
EVEN PROVIDING A TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT FUNDS WILL
BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU! I LOST MONEY IN MY 2ND TO LAST CASE THROUGH THEIR INABILITY TO FOLLOW A PERFECTLY GOOD TRACKING NUMBER I GAVE THEM.
CLEARLY NO COMMON SENSE IS APPLIED TO ANY OF THEIR CASE INVESTIGATIONS.
FOR THE >10% CUT THEY TAKE FROM EVERY TRANSACTION THAT IS CARRIED OUT THROUGH THEM
IS THIS REALLY A SERVICE?

yep i have been ripped once again, and paypal does f all
buy a 600 canadian dollar item, get a crap product with running clear coat and bad deacals on the kit (from china)
paypal says sure ya we argree that its damaged ....... send it back for a full refund they say ..... sneding anything to china cost us the buyer a retarded amount ...... so i cant do nothing it would cost me over 1000 canadian to ship this item back
and they know that and knew that apon the desision
heres the interesting part ... i never asked for a full refund ..... ever
i asked for the correct advertised product ...... or a partial retun of my funds

yes im going to buy elsewhere as this is not safe and its full of frauds and scams
and it doesnt matter in my case that i never asked for a full refund ...... guess no one really read my case

Seller protection? yeah right! NR item in Italy! what a surprise! The only method of tracking abroad Paypal really accept is Airsure, which is not available to Italy so like many others, buyers side is taken, in my case they apparently called the buyer up, not sure Im convinced, don't think they even bothered investigating. From the ebay messages I received from my buyer it was pretty clear from the off they were going to say NR to get their money back as they knew there was no way of having online tracking for it. Paypal should have different rules for countries like that which Royal Mail don't provide Airsure to as its just ridiculous how many sellers are losing money because of this and how Paypal handle it, you've only got to type it into Ebay forum to see how many refunds are given back to these people playing the system in these countries, thanks to Paypal they all get free gifts and are laughing! About time Paypal reviewed its system properly
Anyone know another company who can do a better job for sellers??????

I have been ripped off too, by a buyer.
He said he did not receive an order. So i resent it.
Twice i sent him tracking numbers. Both times he received it according to the tracking.
Now files a claim he did not receive an item.
Paypal ruled in his favor.
I lost 900$ and sent 2 times what the customer had bought.
I make about 100 paypal transactions per month, for the last year..thats about 1200 transactions....Never had a problem.
I pay about 800$ per month in paypal fee...
And this is the kind of service i get?
My company will not be using paypal anymore, as i find it inadmissible that anyone can just say they did not receive an item and get their money back.
Even though tracking was provided, and marked as received by the postal service

ill make it very simple..purchased 2 items off ABSOLUTE BEST GUITARS AND MUSIC ON EBAY ...seyanne (35874) and was dealing with wendy willis from this company on ebay the items in question are ITEMS # 121034197103 and # 121032831886 and i have USPS tracking # LN391239140US was the shipping choice by seller check the usps site called TRACK AND CONFIRM i did and it shows still not delivered it shows left sellers state and did not arrive to me and talked to ebay and they said we are standing behind the seller who is saying its delivered you judge for yourself either ebay has a in house employee scam with ebay and ABSOLUTE BEST GUITARS AND MUSIC ON EBAY or ebays BUYER PROTECTION PLAN is a scam in itself????
i feel this way because after this happened to me i checked internet and found other unhappy customers that used ABSOLUTE BEST GUITARS ON EBAY seyanne (35874) and we are all asking why can someone do this to its buyers and still recieve a HIGH RATING thats issued by ebay must be inhouse ebay employee helping ABSOLUTE BEST GUITARS AND MUSIC ON EBAY??? ps try and get ahold of ebay is impossible so i feel this will be the way i will notify everybody about the scammers on ebay until ebay or ABSOLUTE BEST GUITAR ON EBAY resolves this issue its about 50 dollars its not the money to me its the ethics of the companys involved i wish to exploit until they clean up there mess i copy this and put it on all sites available to me we have to squash the scammers somehow?? paid with pay pal and they said go away as well so as you can well see whwn you have a fully documented case these companys dont care they just use the word protection to **bleep** you in when you bring them a case they do not want to resolve it even if you send them proof like i did BUYER BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING BY EBAY AND PAYPAL

Same thing appears to be happening to me. I have offered a full refund and to pay buyer's collection costs and to collect in person but I am out of pocket, have had my goods "stolen" and Paypal seem to be facilitating this. I can not believe this!

I changed my account to deduct from my checking yet paypal keeps trying to deduct from an old savings account. Now its up to 140.00$ later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in over draft fees! They still say I have to erase the account to stop deducting (even though it is not my primary account, which means they are just dedcucting from whatever account they want), yet I cannot erase it until the transaction is complete, which it will never be because the bill will never get paid because its an old account!
Mind you, this is all over a .99 cent screen cover I bought online.

Lol... and you guys thing you have problems.......lets see got jacked out of 20,000.00 dollars last year buy a charge back even though I won the dispute via eBay....I was so mad at paypal because of the lack of help or the fact they do not give a **bleep** about you as a person, business person or other...your nothing more then an account number and a pos trailer trash in there eyes. They would not even tell me the CC company that the scammer used, they told me to get an attorney andsubpoena their records (WTF is that? Help? I think not!! just more of my money down the drain to the tune of thousands)...I found out all by myself and I called Amex myself ( this took two days ) and correct the problem...and with paypal telling me the whole time there is nothing they can do and the buyer gets to keep both my product and his money......well guess what...just lost 4k last week on an 8k server to a dealer...and guess what they do not give a **bleep** yet again...so let see 24k in 1 year...yea that is fair....last year I signed up for a CC terminal from my bank..it seems that the CC company does not pull the money out of your account and never gives it back...ohh...in less then 24 hours...they send you a form to fill out, file a dispute and otherwise let you handle your business as normal during the dispute ( they told me if they operated like paypal half of the small business would go bankrupt)...seems correct? Yes in a normal world...now the paypal world that they made up...the take the money out...only tell you to email them...and you never see it...**bleep** it took them years just to get an 800 number to call in and the Fed's had to do this...they originated out of DE due to the lack of formalize in the state for running a business....If you use paypal a lot you will get burned. My CC terminal is useless to post on eBay as well...trust me I tried...if you want to post on ebay you have to use paypal...so you are trapped...is there a way to get back at them yes ...find one the employees selling a car or some item on ebay and do a charge back...ohh and yes keep the item as well...I wonder if they would really care? fair is fair and I would just tell them to email me and I will see if I want to email back or not....lol.......but yes it will just take time...so just to recap...if you use paypal you will loose 2 or 3 times a year...in my case about 7% extra a year...plus the buyer will keep your goods....so yes unless you work for paypal you will loose hundreds to thousands of dollars with their company depending on how much you use them as a seller....my 2 cents anyway.

hi Coxon, well to be fair to PP, i did finally get my money back after ONE MONTH but CLEARLY anyone could see the order sent to me was wrong. why it took 4 weeks to sort it baffled us here. How ever we now use other better, means of payment(s) and we also now use free bank transfers from time to time... But you are 100% right - it's all about PP making huge money profits.
The company who tried ripping us off are still trading/working though PayPal so NO lession learned.... (MONEY) is the key word again.. NOT customer(s).

I called paypal last night in regards to a claim made against me saying that the gopro i had sent was muddy and defective after many emails to paypal with no help at all.
It is shipped in a waterproof/shockproof container and was brand new when sent.
The buyer after recieveing the item waited roughly a week to then tell me it was "muddy" and didnt work.
This is not possible as the item was new and sealed and in original packaging, plus it was one of many I have sold previously and more recently.
I believe the buyer has used the item and damaged it and are acting fraudulent.
It then took over a month for this person to open a dispute....
I explained the situation to paypal but no matter what i say the same resolution was inevitable, i was to foot the bill.
I asked the supervisor how they came to this resolution and they said that it was policy if no one agrees to fault. Sorry paypal but your policy is a load of BS.
There is no protection or even a care for the seller and now i have to pay over $330 for someone elses negligence.
I asked what would happen if they send me an empty boy or a totally different item and they said that the tracking number verifys the package is sent. Ah no, it verifys something was sent but you don't know what. So i then asked what if i get nothing back and the moron at paypal then told me to open another case and issue supporting documents (a police report ).
What a complete and utter joke! There is no incentive for me to sell through paypal, infact they charge me and for what.
I want this fixed and im mega **bleep**.
