Ive sent money to a friend's phone number via PayPal under the impression she has PayPal. I've since found out she doesnt and is unable to make an account at present in order to refund me the money back. Is there any way for me to cancel the payment and receive the money back in my account?
Hey bud! If they don't have PayPal account and you sent it to a number what isn't connected to PayPal. Then your payment will bounce once the system recognises it's not linked. Contact PayPal for more assistance, but in the mean time check to see if it's pending, if so it will bounce back to your bank/PayPal balance!
