Hi, so I bought and item online and it said that there was free shipping, but when I checked my bank account this morning I had -$3.45 and this is confusing me because I had the money and its also said that the product had free shipping, sorry I've probably repeated my self a lot, so my question is, is there anyway for me to cancel the item cause I haven't found it and its still saying that the payment is pending!!! Helpp
