Someone said they would sell me an item.

I purchased the item for 60Usd.

He told me to send it as a gift, so I did.

He has taken the money without posting the item.

What do I do to get the money back?!

im not 100% about the gift thing but ino if you payed by paypal most of the time if ou open a case against that person ou can gt the ball rollin to find out what goin on. you should be protected but dont hold m to that. paypal does pay people back in certain surcumstances. ring them on monday

As you sent the payment as a gift you have lost your money. YOu can only open a dispute when you pay for goods.
