How do I add support documentation

I have asked paypal for help with a refund on $2,000.00 for a deposit on a puppy to a therapy dog breeder's family member account.  I would like to add documentation to my request that I escallated with paypal.  Any help out there is greatly appreciated.

The time to add information is during the dispute phase, after you have escalated it you can only provide it if paypal ask you for more information.

Your best bet is to phone customer services and see if they can add the info for you or upload it.
