How can I get a refund?

Hey,

I recently purchased some badges through using paypal, but I accidently bought 3 badges of the same kind. Thus I would like to refund 2 of them, but there seems to be no way of refunding my purchase (the status of transactions is "completed") . I have gone onto Overview and History, clicked on details, and there was no "issue refund", furthermore I went onto the transactions "details" tab and still there was no where for me to try and get a refund.

Could you please tell me how I can get my refund?

every time I shop at a company, this company discount of me sending a paypal payment after the refund will go to my PayPal account and transferred to my bank account?

I GOT A REFUND IT GOT AS FAR AS PAY PAL BUT IT NEVER GOT TO MY BANK    OR SHOWED AS A CREDIT  IT JUST DISAPEARED THIS HAS HAPPEND BEFORE WITH PAY PAL

Hi the same thing has happened to me have you managed to resolve the problem yet I received email saying refund had been made but it is not showing in paypal account

ON 15th Feb 2012 I tried to purchase a programme on PayPal but was told it couldn't be done at the moment because of errors, so I purchased the programme direct from the card. I saw on my e mail Clickbank code DJTXW5EH and DJTXWXEB
