HELP HELP HELP Refund issues

I wanted to issue a refund.

I didn't have enough funds (whoops! I so don't get this paypal thing).

Tried to tranfer the money from my bank account but that failed for some reason but they are in there now.

The buyer is super angry. I just want to give him his silly money back.

How do I reissue a refund? The funds are in my paypal account all ready and eager to go. Will they go automatically?

Do I need to press somemore buttons?

Please help me!

if you log on to paypal, click on Payments Received,  and the 'details' button of the transaction, scroll down a bit and there should be a refund button (written in blue).  Hope this is the answer  you were after? If you don't have enough is your paypal to refund the whole amount, in my experience, it transfers the difference from your bank account?
