GTS online limited does it again!

Allegedly I purchased something from this company to the value of £27.35 on the 23rd September. Allegedly it has been posted to my home address! Queried it with PayPal through the correct channels and received a useless reply ... according to their investigation account has not been breached. Brilliant. Thank you customer care department. "Please contact the seller". Tried that. GTS was - and still is - offline! Weird considering it's alleged to be an online gaming company (info I gleaned from Paypal Community). So, in a nutshell, I have no idea what it is I'm alleged to have purchased and I certainly havent received anything. It really surprised me how quickly PayPal were prepared to wash their hands of the situation where obvious fraudulent activity has occurred. Nice easy way for criminals to get their hands on some free cash.

They seem to be an online company for "gaming" and as such nothing would have been "posted" to you.

Have you played any online games and did not realise that you bought something?

Do a check of email receipts in your trash or spam folder and see if its in there as the email would have been the "code" you purchased.
