Ebay refund

Please can someone advise how to refund on a return the original amount paid including postage and an extra amount for return postage which my buyer paid as I was unable to print a label. If I just refund it looks as if just the original amount will be refunded. Also ebay have blocked funds pending me refunding. thanks

You can only 'refund' an amount that you received.

If you want to also refund the buyers return postage then you need to use the send money > friends / family option and if you FUND it from your bank account or funds in your paypal balance and NOT a card then there is no fee.
